Having been let down by a local plumber I called Nebula to carry out my boiler service. This was done by a very pleasant young lady (Claudia). It was done quickly and efficiently and at a better price. She also addressed the issue of my low gas pressure and called the necessary people to correct this. I consider that she went above and beyond and I will definitely be using Nebula again . 10 out of 10

Excellent service and great communication. I was put at ease straight away with the friendliness and respect for the property. I quickly realised that they had a real knowledge of what I required. This ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated but they kept me informed at every stage what was happening and why, this filled me with the confidence that I was in professional hands.

I'd been meaning to get a plumber in for a while as my hot water was being diverted to the radiators but had been less than impressed with previous tradespeople so I kept putting it off. Anyhow, when my boiler stopped working over night, I had no choice but to find someone. After some quick research, I decided to give Nebula a try.

Our old combi boiler stopped working all of a sudden and when I first called, Dan answered and he was very friendly. Then on the same day, Claudia came to check the problem and explained it clearly.

I had been recommended to use Nebula Plumbing, to replace radiators and improve the heating system, it has been a good experience. The company was able to respond quickly, Claudia was very professional understanding my requirements, she worked efficiently and left everywhere clean, no damage to any wall decoration or carpets. All work was carried out without the need of loud music…..perfect.

Absolutely brilliant service. My boiler had been throwing out two different errors multiple times a day. They came right out and gave it a thorough inspection and fixed the issue.
